(12/11/2013) EAST Coast Bullbars, manufacturers of the “World’s Best Alloy Bullbars”, have confirmed their continuation as major corporate partner of the Australian Rally Championship for 2014 and 2015.
“The Australian Rally Championship and East Coast Bullbars are both Australian icons and brands with a rich history and today we are pleased to announce the continuation of our partnership with the ARC for a further two years,” said Paul Torrisi, ECB General Manager of Sales and Operations.
“At East Coast Bullbars we feel the synergy between our business, and the values we represent, is the perfect fit with the Australian Rally Championship.
“Our involvement in the sport over the past two seasons has been extremely beneficial and it was something we wanted to continue.”
East Coast Bullbars involvement with the Australian Rally Championship began in 2011 when they sponsored the fledgling SUV category. In 2012 they increased that involvement by taking over the major corporate partnership, and have been heavily involved in the growth and promotion of the ARC.
“Having a company like East Coast Bullbars involved with the Australian Rally Championship is an amazing partnership and one we’re incredibly happy to be extending,” said Ben Rainsford, Chairman of the ARC.
“We have been able to provide ECB with a platform to promote their brand, their values and their products to a wide audience and in return ECB have been able to expand the reach of the Australian Rally Championship to all new customers and businesses.
“We want to thank ECB for their involvement over the past two years and we look forward to further strengthening our relationship over the next two years.”
Paul Torrisi said the action and excitement of the Australian Rally Championship helped to convey the product values of East Coast Bullbars to both a national and global audience.
“Our company and our products have been showcased to a whole new audience through the incredible television coverage. Being involved in the ARC has allowed us greater dealer involvement.
“We’ve also been able to involve our customers to a greater degree through rally rides and our involvement with Rally Australia and it’s great to also be involved with other leading brands like BP and Kumho Tyres.”
