If you’ve been to a Kennards Hire Rally Australia before, you know how great an experience it is. If you haven’t ever attended and you’re looking to attend in 2017, you’re in for an amazing week of fun-filled attractions and exciting rally driving.
As the last event on the 2017 WRC Calendar, the stakes are high as the best rally drivers, co-drivers, and manufacturers compete for their respective World Champion titles. The event kicks off on the Thursday afternoon with the Opening Ceremony.
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are filled with spectacular rallying before the closing ceremony on Sunday evening. For more information on what’s happening on each day of the rally, download the daily Spectator Guides.
The Coffs Harbour Regional Airport offers direct flights to and from Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane from major Australian airlines. The NSW TrainLink offers two rail journeys each day from Brisbane and Sydney to the Coffs Harbour railway station. Coach services are also available.
Tickets need to be purchased via Ticketek prior to using the bus service – no bus tickets can be purchased from the driver on the day. Each ticket is $27.50 and is valid for one day only – you’ll need to purchase three tickets if you intend to use the bus service on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Coffs Harbour is one of Australia’s premier tourist destinations and as such, is filled with excellent accommodation providers. Stay at the Opal Cove Resort where the Rally Headquarters is, or at Paradise Palms, a resort just across the road from Rally Headquarters.
